Great Stay

Thank you to all at the Sands for our 5day break, all the staff did an excellent job. Room (217) was clean and tidy, serviced well each day, food in the restaurant was its expected high standard with plenty of choice and very well served.

Perfect

What a lovely hotel.
Staff are very friendly, helpful and go above and beyond. Our stay from start to finish was perfect, not one fault. Hotel is very clean and a stones throw to the beach. Highly recommend and we'll be definitely returning next time. Very happy with our stay, thank you Bournemouth Sands for excellent service.

Excellent Short Break

This was such a comfortable hotel. The staff were delightful throughout: warm, helpful and good-humoured. Our room was clean, bright and airy. The food was tasty, well varied, with plenty of choice and our waiter was efficient and friendly to all customers. With bus stops nearby, even those people with poor mobility would be able to get out and about. We hope to return soon.
